Our rule on snowfall days
We check road conditions before every winter departure. If the Mussoorie or Chopta route has active snowfall, we will not send a Sedan — we will call you to upgrade to an SUV or reschedule to a safe window. Better to delay than to leave a guest stranded on Rajpur Road with a vehicle that cannot grip.
