"Government Approved"
Most customers read this as a special quality certification. In practice, it means our vehicles carry the required commercial (yellow plate) registration, valid tourist/commercial permits for their routes, current insurance, and up-to-date fitness certificates β and every driver holds a valid commercial licence. These are legal requirements to operate, not a guarantee of punctuality or service quality.
That quality comes from our own process β driver selection, hill-driving vetting, trip monitoring, and how we handle it when something goes wrong. Not from a permit.
"Fixed Fare"
A quote should state the vehicle category, pickup, drop, dates, sightseeing stops and trip duration. Compare the complete itinerary and inclusions, then use the written confirmation as your fare reference. Added stops or extra days require an agreed revised quote.
